If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. We accept returns received within 7 days from the date of receipt on items that are unused, unworn, and have their original tags attached.

How to Return a Product?

If you want to return your product, you have 3 business days after delivery to submit a complaint or request for return. If your product meets all the conditions, the return process will be initiated by calling our Customer Care service.

Steps to Return

  1. Check if the delivered product meets all return conditions.
  2. Call our Customer Care Service to place a return request.
  3. Fill out the Return Form provided with your invoice.
  4. Ship the product back to our address in the original outer box (or a sturdy box to avoid damage in transit).
  5. Your returned product will go through a quality check to ensure it meets return conditions.
  6. You will receive a refund or replacement if validated by the MasterTechBD Return Department.
